Welcome to Rivrs Uploader. By accessing the platform, authorizing social media accounts, or using our publishing studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. This document governs user rights, platform obligations, third-party API compliance, and usage restrictions.
01.Scope of Service
Rivrs Uploader is a unified multi-channel content publishing and scheduling platform operated by Nexo Studio. The platform enables authorized creators to upload media, compose drafts, attach soundtracks, and distribute content directly to supported external networks including Instagram (Meta Graph API) and TikTok (TikTok Content Posting API).
02.Account Eligibility & Role-Gated Access (Discord)
Access to Rivrs Uploader is strictly restricted via Discord OAuth2 authentication. Users may only log in and operate workspaces if they hold verified roles on the team's Discord server (Role: Media Team or Manager/Admin).
- Users are solely responsible for safeguarding credentials used to log in via Discord.
- All operational actions executed under your authenticated session are recorded in system audit logs.
- Access may be automatically revoked if your account loses the requisite role on the Discord server.
03.Content Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights over all images, videos, audio tracks, and copy uploaded to Rivrs Uploader. Rivrs Uploader claims no ownership over your creations.
By uploading content for publishing, you grant Rivrs Uploader a limited technical license solely to store media temporarily on Cloudflare R2 object storage and forward assets to the destination platform APIs (Meta/TikTok) per your publishing instructions.
04.Third-Party Platform Policy Compliance
When connecting and dispatching content to social accounts, you must adhere strictly to the terms and guidelines established by each network:
Subject to Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Commercial Terms.
Subject to TikTok Developer Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and official Privacy Policy.
05.Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Rivrs Uploader to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or hate speech content.
- Upload assets infringing on third-party copyrights or trademarks without authorization.
- Engage in spamming or abusive high-frequency API automation exceeding network rate limits.
- Attempt to extract stored tokens, exploit vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer infrastructure.
06.Limitation of Liability
Rivrs Uploader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we uphold robust uptime standards, we are not liable for service interruptions stemming from third-party API changes, quota constraints, or upstream social platform outages.
